Return and refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 05 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. No postage is paid at the time of return, as we'll deduct a 50 AED return charge from your refund to cover shipping and banking fees.

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items
Limited drops, collaborations, or sale items may be final sale.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
