About the Organization

Video Volunteers is an international media organization empowering the voices of India’s unheard communities. Providing communities with the journalistic and creative skills they need, the goal is to set-up locally-owned and managed media production houses where people can articulate and share their perspectives on the issues that matter to them.

Training and Facilitation

In order to create content for the digital platform, Ch19.org, training and facilitation around creating short-form content and youtube uploading took place in various urban communities as well as rural communities where the citizen journalists were based.

Outcome

Produced short-form content to support campaign petitions and donation links on the digital platform, Ch19.org.
